I don't really care if he uses cheats or not. but why did @RT@ ban the player for 3 hours? do cheaters deserve a 3h ban or a week ban? I think @RT@ just did that to keep player away from the server to get more score and that's not allowed.

he spectate you less than one min he again abusing admin, you will be unbanned and admin will be punished.
