Rules that apply to all forum members without exception. 

1.1. It is forbidden to insult or swear. (warning with loss of content creation capability from 3d)

1.3. Any malicious, illegal or promotional information is prohibited.
1.4. It is forbidden to post a positive or negative reputation point without a reason related to the content of the message.
1.5. It is forbidden to send mass personal messages.

1.7. It is forbidden to load a link in the status update without commenting on it. (warning with loss of content creation capability from 3d)
1.8. It is forbidden to create topics in an inappropriate section.
1.9. It is forbidden to write "off topic" / free post (off topic). (warning with loss of content creation opportunity from 48 hours)
2.1. It is forbidden to write several messages in a row (double post, 2 messages in a row). If you want to add or change a previous message - use the "Edit" function.
2.2. When quoting a message, it is necessary to comment on it. It is forbidden to simply quote another member's message without adding anything. (warning with loss of content creation opportunity from 48 hours)
2.3. It is forbidden to create additional accounts for reputation or other gain or damage. (cancellation of reputation points, possible blocking)

Depending on the situation, supervisors can change the penalty for the violation, especially if you have been convicted of the same violation before.
You will be alerted to the slightest violation in the normal course of events or by removing the ability to create content, and will be blocked if necessary.
